Zadari’s dual office case disposed of

The case was dropped after it was informed that he no longer occupied a political office.

LAHORE: A full bench of the Lahore High Court on Friday disposed of a contempt of court petition against President Asif Ali Zardari after it was informed that he no longer occupied a political office.

The bench, headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, was also told the presidency was not being used for political activities in compliance with court orders.
