Bus Accident: 11 killed, 25 injured

Rescue officials says a bus heading to Kot Mithan from DG Khan collided with a car while avoiding a tractor.

RAJANPUR: At least 11 people were killed and 25 injured on Wednesday when a bus over-turned on the Indus Highway near Jampur.

The injured were taken to Jampur Hospital, where doctors said that eight of them were in critical condition. They were later sent to Dera Ghazi Khan.

Rescue officials said that a bus heading to Kot Mithan from DG Khan collided with a car while avoiding a tractor near Hameedwala Adda. The bus over-turned.

The injured were pulled out by Rescue 1122 officials and taken to the hospital.
