Khan defeated Ali Imran 6-4, 6-3, while Shabbir outclassed Hafiz Umer 6-2, 6-2 and Ramzan outplayed Khadim Hussain 6-0, 6-2 at Bath Island yesterday.
In the under-13 singles’ first-round matches, Muhammad Ahmed defeated Noor-e-Mustafa 6-2, 6-1 and Kinza Ghanchi overcame Abdullah Ahmedani 6-3, 6-1.
Similarly, Rayyan Jawwad defeated Abdullah Javed 8-1 in the under-11 singles event, and Mustafa Aftab defeated Aahil 8-1 in the under-11 first-round match.
