Judicial Success: Ready to face constructive criticism: CJ

CJ says ratio of judgments of cases as compared to registration of cases in 2012 remained high, which was a good sign.

QUETTA: Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court Qazi Faez Esa while addressing a full court reference on Monday said that they were ready to face constructive criticism.

The full court reference was attended by judges, lawyers and bar associations from different districts.

The chief justice said the ratio of judgments of cases as compared to registration of cases in 2012 remained high, which was a good sign.

Referring to statistics of the district judiciary, he said in 2012 a total of 38,920 cases had been registered in which 38,214 cases were disposed off while the number of pending cases was 855.
