This was the second meeting held between both parties in a week. The first meeting, held on Sunday at the JUI-F office, ended without reaching a conclusion.

QWP leaders present at the talks included Jehanzeb Khan, Muhammad Saleem Khan, Advocate Muhammad Jamil Khan, Haji Muqarab Khan and Masood Jabbar, while the JUI-F was represented by Maulana Fazal Ali Haqqani, Maulana Attaul Haq  Darvaish, Noorul Islam, Muhammad Idrees, Iqbal Salaar and Muhammad Nazim.

The negotiations were carried out over adjustments on provincial assembly seats PK-31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 and National Assembly seats NA-12 and 13. The discussion, however, ended late afternoon without a final verdict.

Another meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday (today) to further discuss the agreement.
