Boosting defences: LNH to hold a talk on lupus

KARACHI: A mini-symposium, titled ‘Caring of Lupus’, will be held at Liaquat National Hospital’s Convention Hall on March 26. Prominent consultants have been invited to deliver lectures. Lupus is the name given to a collection of autoimmune diseases in which a body’s immune system becomes hyperactive and attacks normal and healthy tissues. The symposium will begin at 1:30pm.
