Official visit: Korean ambassador in Multan

Choi addressed a gathering of industrialists and businessmen at the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

MULTAN: South Korean Ambassador Choongjoo Choi on Tuesday offered his country’s cooperation in agriculture and industry. The ambassador was visiting the city for a day. He visited several historical buildings. Choi also paid homage at the shrines of Hazrat Shah Rukne Alam, Bahauddin Zakariya, Sakhi Sultan Ali Akbar in Suring Miani and Shah Shams Tabrez. He also climbed up the Damadama, a massive block of building constructed at the top of the Qasim Bagh Fort for a view of the city. Artist Abdur Rehman briefed the ambassador on Multan’s handicrafts, especially world-famous blue pottery. Earlier, Choi addressed a gathering of industrialists and businessmen at the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
