Landmine explosion: Three injured in Kurram

The double cabin pick-up was destroyed due to the impact of the explosion.

Three people were injured when a vehicle went over a landmine in Khwar Kallay of Lower Kurram Agency on Sunday. A political administration official of the area said the vehicle was going to a nearby stream when it passed over on the landmine. It exploded, injuring a passenger, the driver and a passerby. Soon after the incident, Levies along with locals rushed to the site and shifted the injured to a hospital in Hangu. The double cabin pick-up was destroyed due to the impact of the explosion. Injured were identified as Afzal Hanan, Meer Khan and Nasir Khan.
