Crime: House burgled; car, bike stolen

Separate cases have been registered against them under the relevant laws.

RAWALPINDI: A house was robbed and a car and a motorcycle were stolen in different areas of Sadiqabad in the last 24 hours. In the first incident, Hammad Hassan lodged a complaint with the police that three armed robbers entered his house through the rooftop and held his family hostage. They locked the family members in a room and looted Rs60,000, jewellery, three mobile phones and valuables. Meanwhile, Amir Sohail lodged a complaint with the same police that unidentified carjackers had stolen his car (IDJ-559) from his house. Rameez Ahmed lodged a report with the police that his motorcycle (RL-4616) had been stolen from the parking lot of a market on service road. Separate cases have been registered against them under the relevant laws.
