Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) Managing Director Arif Hameed has taken notice of staff negligence in redressing consumers’ complaints. He has directed all field general managers to conduct surprise visits to offices in sub-regions to monitor the performance of officers and staff members. Hameed directed them to monitor their process of complaint redress.
