Route violations: 530 transporters fined
CTO informed that there were several complaints of non-completion of the routes of public service vehicles.

RAWALPINDI:
The Rawalpindi City Traffic Police (CTP) fined 530 public service vehicles for non-completion of routes in February. Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Ishtiaq Hussain Shah said action in accordance with the law was taken against the traffic rules violators and a number of vehicles were also impounded. He informed that there were several complaints of non-completion of the routes of public service vehicles and a special squad was formed and deployed at Faizabad.
