For evo customers: PTCL launches Smart TV app
This application enables viewers to watch content of the last seven days of available 12 TV channels.
ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has launched a standalone application to enable its EVO customers to access digital television service on their PCs, laptops and smartphones. In a press release, PTCL says the company’s Smart TV PC application has brought Pakistan in the list of a few countries across the globe, where digital TV services are accessible on laptops, PCs and smartphones. This application enables viewers to watch content of the last seven days of available 12 TV channels. It also allows the viewers to record TV programmes on their local storage. PTCL Executive Vice President Wireless Business Omar Khalid said “Customers can access 12 TV channels through EVO Wingle, EVO Dongle, EVO Nitro, EVO Cloud and EVO Tab.”

Now that PTCL has launched this great new app, I would be able to view all my favorite shows from anywhere in Pakistan. It is going to change the way we view TV, boundless opportunities are ahead. Smart TV app from PTCL deserves recognition, we should appreciate if something is good.
Can it be used on DSL or its only for wireless broadband users
PTCL services always leads to best experience and Smart TV application is one of them.Just downloaded it and watching Cookery show on my laptop that is worth amazing.I can pause it wherever I want. Great app by PTCL.
I recently tried Smart application on my laptop, its video quality is finest as well as its downloading is much easy that completes in few minutes. Really like this app:)
