Road accident: Three killed, two injured in collision

A wagon collides with a truck on Super Highway, near Nooriabad.

HYDERABAD: Three people, 55-year-old Shahnaz Sattar, her son, nine-year-old Sufyan Sattar, and daughter, two-year-old Saba Waqas, were killed when their wagon collided with a truck on Super Highway, near Nooriabad, on Monday.

Shahnaz’s husband, Abdul Sattar, and another passenger, Mahjabeen, were injured in the incident. The deceased and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital, Hyderabad.

Sattar explained that the family was returning to Karachi from Dadu.

Nooriabad police have seized the truck, however, the driver managed to escape.
