Justice Chaudhry made these remarks while responding to a statement from Member of National Assembly (MNA) Nasir Ali Shah who said that 1,500 Hazaras were killed in the last 13 years but no challan was ever issued.
The hearings were taking place in regards to the ongoing judicial investigation into the failures of the security agencies and the civilian administrations to prevent terrorist attacks directed against the Hazara community in Balochistan.
The most recent attack claimed the lives of 89 people in a busy marketplace in a Hazara dominated area of Quetta on Februrary 16.
The banned terror outfit, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had claimed responsibility of the attack.
MNA Shah further remarked that the Taliban and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) were trying to postpone elections by spreading terror.
The court summoned the Inspector General (IG) of Balochistan Police and the top commander of the Frontier Corps (FC) and adjourned the hearing till Friday.

Its rather ammusing how balochis get traced down and kidnapped from Balochistan over suspected terror links and behramdad bugtis location in afghanistan was even known to our security agencies but they can't locate LeJ terrorists inside Balochistan.
@guest1: Basically nobody is sharing anything, agencies just periodically sent messages "there could be attack somewhere" and that's it. When asked, they can say we told you so!
I was of the opinion that security agencies would be relaying information to the highups rather than the other way round.
