Short breaks: Suspects caught shortly after they flee
The three men had filed a petition in the court seeking bail, which was denied on Monday.

Two people accused of being drug dealers were re-arrested by the police on Monday after they fled the court after the judge, hearing their case, cancelled their bail petitions. Police said three men, Imran, Mudassar and Abbas were presented before Additional Sessions Judge Tariq Javed’s court where he rejected their bail petitions. Ferozewala police said they had been arrested on January 24 in a raid. The men, they said, had shot at the police, but no one was hurt. They were arrested after they ran out of bullets, the police said. The three men had filed a petition in the court seeking bail, which was denied on Monday. While they were being taken out of the court, police said two of them fled. They were, however, caught within a few minutes.
