Accident and crime: Three killed, three injured

Two persons were killed in a road accident.

MANSEHRA: Three persons were killed in separate incidents in Hazara, police said on Wednesday. Two persons were killed in a road accident. Police said a van carrying 10 passengers was on its way to Satbani village when fell into a gorge while negotiating a turn. As a result, Abdul Qayum and Zeenat were killed while Muzzafar, Shah Zaman and Gulzara Bibi were critically injured. The deceased and injured were taken to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital, from where the injured were referred to Ayub Medical Hospital, Abbottabad. Meanwhile, assailants gunned down Muhammad Imran in Kulharay Gharbi village at Baffa. Police said that Imran was standing outside his home when unidentified attackers opened fire, killing him on the spot.  The deceased’s father said he had no enmity.
