Rights activists and members of the civil society held a vigil outside the Lahore Press Club on Friday to commemorate Swedish charity worker Birgitta Almeby who was shot dead last year.

“Her funeral is being held in Sweden today. We condemn the government for not arresting her killers,” said activist Napoleon Qayyum.
