Eyes on the prize: SZABIST team wins business contest at LUMS

The SZABIST team won the trophy and was also awarded four shields.

SZABIST won the award for the ‘Best Business Idea’ competition.

KARACHI:


A team from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) won the award for the ‘Best Business Idea’ competition organised at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).


The team members were Umair Shaikh, Munnazzah Raza, Munira Zanzibarwala, Abeer Mahar, Kamil Karim, Hasnain Mohammadi, Govinda Hira, Haris Ahmed, Bakhtawar Abbasi, Adam Qureshi, Aman Ashraf, Mustafa, Falak Sohail and Omer Perji Barha.

The competition was spread over three days at LUMS and there were around 70 teams with a total of 350 delegates from all over the country. The SZABIST team won the trophy and was also awarded four shields.

Superb achievement, Szabist has fostered and developed its name as one of the best business institute in Pakistan. Countless remarkable achievements are posted by the institute number of times. Their is always something unique and qualitative on-going academic work which helps the institute to nurture students in a brilliant way helping to serve industries, surrounding and country in the best possible way.
