Football: Beckham to ponder 12 global offers
Beckham feels that he still has what it takes to pursue one last challenge before he finally announces retirement.
David Beckham is expected to make a decision about his next club in the next ten days as Sky Sports understands that the former England midfielder has at least 12 options to consider from around the globe. The former Manchester United man is available on a free transfer after deciding to end his association with the Major League Soccer (MLS) outfit Los Angeles Galaxy in the US. Beckham feels that he still has what it takes to pursue one last challenge before he finally announces retirement from the sport. “I still feel the desire and I want to take on one last challenge before hanging up my boots,” said the former England captain. Clubs from across the globe are reported to be keen on acquiring his services.
