Margalla: Three held, arms seized

Separate cases have been registered against the suspects.

ISLAMABAD:


Three suspected robbers were arrested on Tuesday and arms were seized from their possession.


According to police spokesman, the Crime Investigation Agency’s Assistant Sub-Inspector Tariq Rauf arrested a proclaimed offender, Muhammad Javed, and seized a 30-bore pistol with four bullets from his possession. He was wanted to the Abbottabad police in a murder case.

Separately ASI Zafar Iqbal arrested Muhammad Yasif and seized a 30-bore pistol with three rounds from him.

Sub Inspector Muhammad Ashfaq arrested Muhammad Din and seized a dagger from him. Separate cases have been registered against them and are being quizzed.

Meanwhile, a motorbike was also stolen from a house in G-8/4. Police registered a case.
