Cricket: India aim for revenge over England

India cricketer Yuvraj Singh said that the approaching one-day series against England will provide the hosts with an opportunity to take revenge for the Test series loss they suffered last year, according to Times of India. “England defeated us in the Test series recently,” said the left-handed batsman. “They are a good unit. We have to play well to defeat them in the upcoming ODI series and avenge our loss.” Yuvraj also said that he is content with his form. “I am hitting the ball well and playing well in patches at the moment. I have been in good form and hope to carry it forward in the series,” said Singh. India will take on England in the 1st One-Day International on January 11.
