Samina ghurki: ‘Real change only through polls’

The democratic process will continue and elections will be held on time, says Ghurki.

LAHORE: The democratic process will continue and elections will be held on time, said Samina Khalid Ghurki, a federal minister and PPP Lahore president, on Sunday. Ghurki said that real change could only come through elections, which gave each person a chance to exercise choice. She said all parties should be congratulated for the fact that the PPP-led government was about to complete its five-year term, a first in the country’s history.
