KARACHI: Left-handed residents of the city just gained the support of one of the city’s most powerful bureaucrats, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation administrator Muhammad Hussain Syed, who accepted the chairmanship of the Left Handers Club of Pakistan. According to a statement issued on Sunday, Syed said that platforms like the club were necessary as they brought one of the most talented groups of people together. He said that nearly 13 per cent of the people in the world are left-handed. The association’s president, Fasahat Mohiuddin, had requested the KMC administrator to supervise the club’s activities, as he believed that Syed’s support would help the club work more efficiently.
