In a statement released by the MQM early on Sunday morning, Altaf hoped that once he launches his drone attack in the next 72 hours, no one in Pakistan can launch a counter political drone attack.
The MQM chief urged his party workers to prepare themselves for the strike and for its after effects.
The release though did not elaborate on the nature of the attack, nor the intended target of the strike.
The MQM has been caught in between storms.
The party has pledged to support and travel to Islamabad as part of Minhajul Quran International chief Dr Tahirul Qadri's long march on Islamabad.
On the other hand, the Supreme Court issued a contempt of court notice to MQM chief Altaf Hussain, directing him to appear in person before the court on January 7, 2013. The MQM has filed a petition in the apex court seeking immunity for their leader.

Either He is coming back or MQM will get separated from govt after resigning from Assemblies. Just a political stunt to get elected again in Karachi nothing else they want.
What a frightening term "Drone", which only brings destruction, but no peace but remember drone is normally launched by third party through remote control. Question is who is handling this remote control of drone.

Pakistani political landscape - better than best political thriller movies ever!
I liked him when he said that he shall take on the talibans and even overlooked many of his other flaws. I was so disappointed when he backed out. He does not talk about it any longer. I feel that he has realized now that he cannot get to power in Pakistan by being outside the country and is trying to come back. He may be thinking that Chaos and confusion would create and ideal situation for his coming back to Pakistan. There is a general realization in Pakistan that if the coming elections are not held in time, there may not be another election ever or for a long, long time. So, if one is not able to grab power this time, he has lost the opportunity for ever.
Political drone attack - Does it mean that Mr Altaf Hussain is coming to Pakistan to personally appear in the Supreme Court hearing on 7th January or does it mean that MQM is going to quit coalition government.
If MQM is going to quit the government, this means fall of PPP government.
He's either coming back to Pakistan or resigning MQM from the coalition. A total waste of time if it was something else.
