ISLAMABAD: Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) will initiate Education through Information Communication Technology (ICT) Programme to educate people online. The programme will be initiated under the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (ST & I) 2012 and will be free of cost for anyone who wants to join. Giving details chairperson Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST) Dr. Mudasir Asrar said every citizen between 9 and 90 years old will now be able to get education without even attending school. The programme will supply online courses and CDs to the applicants. Dr. Mudasir said that people of Pakistan are very talented and only need guidance and a platform to hone their talents.
