Whether it’s a book launch, a music release or social services, the B-town divas are always up to something. Here, we bring a round-up of some of the hottest Bollywood celebs who were spotted at different events during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Prachi Desai

The pretty Bollywood actor was seen grooving at a dance rehearsal for New Year eve’s programme in this angelic avatar. Prachi wore a little-below-the-knee, white dress with beige ribbons and flowy hem.

The young star parted her sleek, long hair to the side. She kept her make-up neutral with lots of mascara accentuating her brown pupils, and coral pout lighting up her face against the white dress. The actor accessorised her look with black diamond-shaped, stud earrings and dark green peep-toes.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena

Kareena Kapoor dressed up traditionally, befitting the image of Begum of Nawab of Pataudi, at the launch of Richa Lakhera’s book Garbage Beat in Mumbai. The royalty was clad in a nude-coloured, long-sleeved Shehla Khan’s anarkali dress.

Kareena paired up her ankle length embellished georgette anarkali top with matching silk churidaar and a flowing embroidered dupatta. Golden Jimmy Choo heels and Aquamarine chandelier earrings were her only accessories. The actor dropped jaws with her left loose, side swept hair and pink hue makeup with bold kohled eyes.

Sonam Kapoor

Sonam

The fashionista Sonam Kapoor sizzled at the Filmfare Awards press conference in Bangalore. She endorsed a mint green Shehla Khan sari with black sequin border, paired with a matching quarter-sleeved blouse. She walked with confidence in her elegant up-do, perfect for her ravishing look.

While Sonam balanced her make-up well with a neutral-colour shimmer on her eyes and pink highlighter, we loved the bright red pout. Her accessories included matching dangling earrings, a wrist watch and a black potli bag.

Nushrat Bharucha

Nushrat

Bollywood actor Nushrat Bharucha was spotted wearing a plain black evening dress at the music launch of her upcoming film Akaash Vani. The starlet went for a cute, bubbly look with loosely curled hair.

Her rosy pink make-up and red nail paint complemented the black colour of her outfit. She finished off her look with a white stone neck piece, which was her only accessory matching her white sandals. Two thumbs up for her!

Genelia D’souza

Genelia

Bollywood sweetheart, who married Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh in 2012, was seen grinning ear-to-ear at the special screening of her husband’s debut production film Balak Palak.

Genelia went casual for the event, wearing a white top over a black jacket and blue jeans, paired with black boots. We love her short hair with red highlights; this hair style gives her a livelier look. The starlet went for neutral make-up, with black eyeliner and nude lip shade doing wonders on her. She accessorised her look with a black wrist watch, rings on each hand and silver bracelets.

Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi

The rising star of 2012 Sonakshi Sinha was spotted at Smile Foundation NGO, showing her humanitarian side. She was wearing a blue and white striped blouse over blue trousers. Sadly, Sonakshi failed to impress us.

With her middle-parted hair hanging loose over her shoulder, Sonakshi was looking plain old boring. However, she added a little colour to her appearance with her dark kohled eyes, pink lip shade; we can say that was all that saved her. Silver stud earrings were her only accessory along with silver, beaded, transparent pumps.
