Fate of Qadri’s long march would be much the same as Imran Khan’s sit-in’s against the drone attacks, says Sanaullah.
Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said on Thursday that legal action will be taken against Tahirul Qadri for moving in vehicles without licence plates.
He said he was sure Qadri would not go ahead with the long march. Sanaullah was speaking to the media in front of the Punjab Assembly.
The fate of Qadri’s long march, he said, would be much the same as Imran Khan’s sit-in’s against the drone attacks. A person traveling in three bullet-proof vehicles with fake number plates will never take out a long march. The minister said that Qadri was a stunt played by the establishment. The days of politics manipulated by the establishment are numbered, he said. A strong media, and an independent judiciary and election commission would not let the establishment fool the people. He also said that Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira should be ashamed that his party had appointed Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood as the governor.

After Tahir ul Qadri's jalsa, Rana Sanaullah had a nervous breakdown.
It is strange that Pk. Govt. knows that is work of establishment and still no action. It happens only in Pakistan.
It is ironic that those who supported Gen Mush and his mutilation of constitution are now talking about constitution. It only proves they have no shame at all. May be Mush would also join them to implement the constitution as he sees fit? Too bad they could not find a good horse in Pakistan and forced to import one!
Please evaluate with honesty and some common sense, all Dr Qadri has asked is for reforms, implement the constitution and hold elections. I am sure if the leaders want to do it they can and if it was anything to their benefit they would do it within 1 day however in this case because they want to keep draining the blood of poor pakistanis they will not. It is exactly people like Rana Sanaullah and majority of his corrupt mates that we have a failing state. I hope we stop these corrupt elements and WE WANT CHANGE
Why PMLN and PPPP are opposing suggestions by Dr. Qadri so much? Is he saying anything wrong? He is just asking for implementation of "Constitution of Pakistan". Is this crime to demand this?
PMLN and PPPP are blaming Dr. Qadri that he wants to postpond the elections. The reality is PMLN and PPPP dont want to hold election according to "Constitution of Paksitan." Because if it held, PMLN and PPPP like corrupt parties can never win elections.
I want to ask simple question to ruling and so called opposition parties: How much time would it take to implement the rule that 'No one politician will contest election 1) who has not paid full tax in recent years, 2) who has not paid full utility bills, 3) who has deceived public like in case of fake degrees.' Not more than a week or so. If they want they can implement at least these rules before elections without postponement.
PMLN and PPPP says that Dr. Qadri's demand are unrealistic. Definitely for PMLN and PPPP it will be unrealistic because by removing these corrupt politicians form parties, these parties will vanish.
