He is currently in Brazil in a bid to sell the South American and teammate Alexandre Pato. Other Brazilian clubs have also showed interest in signing the exciting forward, although Galliani said that a deal with Santos is close to completion.
“There is the possibility of a sale to Santos and that could happen next month,” said the Italian official. “There is interest from other clubs as well. But we haven’t been able to reach an agreement with Flamengo though, while I still don’t know about Atletico Mineiro.” Milan reportedly want around €12m for the former Manchester City forward.
