The students of Quaid-i-Azam University on Monday night arrested a mugger in the varsity premises.
Investigation Officer Abdul Ghafoor, Suhail was allegedly involved in mobile-phone snatching and looting in QAU.
Till filing of this story students were not handing the suspect over to police. QAU spreads over 1,700 acres of land and many areas have been encroached by gypsies. Shadab, a student, said that such incidents are common. “At the end of semester, when the number of students is less, mobile snatchers and muggers roam in university freely.”
