Fatal crash: Man dies in road accident

The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.

KARACHI: Asfandyar Siddiqui, nephew of prominent businessman Jahangir Siddiqui, died in a road accident on Khayaban-e-Ittehad on Sunday morning.

The victim, who worked at a private bank, was aged about 28 and lived on Khayaban-e-Mohafiz, said Gizri SHO Imran Zaidi. Asfandyar was on his way home early in the morning when the crash took place.

The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre from where it was handed over to his family. No case was registered as the accident occurred reportedly due to the driver’s negligence.
