Robberies: Laptops, mobiles stolen from hostel

In another incident, two armed men took Rs5,000 from Ali Saeedi Bookstore.

BAHAWALPUR: Armed men snatched 10 laptops and 10 mobile phones from a student’s hostel. Muhammad Aamir, a student of BCom at Islamia University Bahawalpur, told The Express Tribune that four armed men broke the door of Zafar Hostel at Rafi Qamar Road near Satellite Town and robbed the students at gun point. He said the students were locked in one room before the robbers fled with 10 laptops and 10 mobile phones. In another incident, two armed men took Rs5,000 from Ali Saeedi Bookstore on Baghdad police station road.
