LAHORE: I don’t know why Imran Khan has said that he opposes reserved seats for women. It is true that the women nominated in the National and provincial assemblies on reserved seats are not really the true representatives of the majority of Pakistani women, especially those living in the rural areas. However, to talk about that at this point in time is to potentially stir up a hornets’ nest.
