Litigation dispute: Girl killed, 2 brothers injured

The SHO says that cases has been registered against 13 men and police is raiding places to make the arrests.

FAISALABAD: A girl was killed and her two brothers injured in a dispute over litigation in Mochiwala on Wednesday. Police said that 13 men entered the house of Allah Bux in Basti Islamabad and shot at the family. They said the assailants had a dispute over a court case with the family. Alia Bibi, 17, died on the spot, and her brothers, Sohail Abbas and Shafqat, were injured. The men fled. They injured were taken to district headquarters hospital in Jhang, where doctors treating them said that they would likely survive. The station house officer said that cases had been registered against 13 men and police were raiding places to make the arrests.
