Road accident: 22 people injured in Lower Dir

PESHAWAR: Twenty-two people including seven police personnel were injured on Wednesday when a police van collided with a passenger van in the Sarai area in Lower Dir. Talash police official Ahmad Raza said that the incident occurred around 9:15am. The injured were taken to District Headquarters Hospital in Timergara and a case was filed against the driver of the passenger van. Administration official Bakhtiar Khan said that most of the injured were discharged from the hospital but two police personnel and two passengers were admitted in the hospital in critical conditions.
