KARACHI: A case has been registered against a cop accused of killing an activist of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) three months ago.
A resident of of Pak Kausar Town Malir, Hamid Mustafa, lodged an FIR No. 136/12 stating that on September 18, he and his brother were passing Governor House when a policeman opened firing at them killed his brother, Abdul Wahid.
Eyewitnesses claimed to have recognised the policeman.
