ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has sealed four houses in Sector F-7 as part of its ongoing operation against non-conforming use and violations of building by-laws in different residential sectors.

The CDA’s enforcement force sealed houses —- a boutique in Street 37, Sector F-7/1, a boutique in Street 20, Sector F-7/2, a salon in Street 18, F-7/2, and a restaurant on Nazimuddin Road in F-7/4, the first which were being used as a boutique showroom, dress showroom, saloon and restaurant, respectively for non-conforming use and in violations of CDA by-laws.

Earlier this month, 12 houses in F-6/1 and F-7 were sealed for the same reason. CDA spokesperson Ramzan Sajid said, “We will continue to stop the nonconforming use of houses.”
