Did you know?: Kachee Goliyan invited to Comic Con India!

Artist behind Kachee Goliyan Ramish Safa announces plans to take published comics and launch them in India.

Kachee Goliyan is a popular comic series. The brains behind the series are 21-year-old Ramish Safa and Nofal Khan, who study at the Institute of Business Management. The duo was recently invited to Comic Con scheduled to take place in India next year. For the lovers of comics, Comic Con is a comic convention that takes place annually in India.

“Of course we’re excited about going to India,” says Safa, the artist behind Kachee Goliyan. “We’ve published four comics so far and three more are in the pipeline,” he tells The Express Tribune. “We want to take eight published comics and launch all of them in India. We also have a special comic book for the Indian audience called Kachee Goliyan goes to Bollywood.”

At the intervention they hope to display their comics, not sell them.  Developing business and generating funds is the job given to new team member Mateen Ansari. He hopes to find publishers for the duo’s comics to be published in India.
