Anti-polio campaign: ‘No child should be left behind’

Shangla DCO Ziaul Haq said that the eradication of polio is a national mission. He stressed that institutions and organisations should ensure every district is covered and no child is deprived of polio drops. He expressed these views in a meeting in Alpuri, Shangla regarding the next polio campaign in the district. The national polio campaign will start from December 17 to 19, while DCO Haq will inaugurate the polio campaign on December 14. Haq urged all departments to ensure 100% coverage. Haq also took notice of EDO Health, who was absent during the meeting and requested the health secretary to transfer the officer from Shangla.
