Health Department has completely collapsed in Balochistan. All Hospitals run under the Provincial Government and |Private Hospitals are closed for the last 63 days. The credit for this disaster goes to CM, Minister Health and Secretary Health. The moment one doctor pay ransom and obtain his release, another is picked. If people of the city are to be believed, then the kidnapper is no one other than one who cannot be arrested while sitting in high office.

The out going government is in action collecting funds from soft targets for the upcoming elections. Democracy has always produced War Lords in this part of the world. Election means ownership to billions of exchequer money which is plundered with impunity. The cartel of democracy has strenghtened War Lords, the unjust system and the defamatory media.
