Accident on motorway: Newly-wed couple, two others killed

WAH CANTT: Four members of a family, including a newly-wed couple perished when a car they were travelling in, collided with a trailer on Motorway near Fateh Jang on Saturday, police said. According to Motorway and National Highway police, the accident occurred apparently due to mechanical fault. The driver lost control over the car and it slammed into the rear of a trailer, causing the death of Khwaja Fahad Akram, his wife, Ayesha, mother and mother-in-law. They were on way to Wah Cantonment.  The bodies were shifted to Hassanabdal tehsil headquarters hospital. Fahad had got married a few days ago.  The tragic incident sent a shock in the family.
