The son of outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan’s (TTP) local commander was arrested in a raid in North Karachi on Saturday.
Khwaja Ajmer Nagri police claimed to have apprehended Asmatullah, son of Haji Muhammad Yaqoob, along with a hand grenade and a TT pistol. SHO Chaudhry Afzal said that the suspect and his father belong to the TTP. His father, Yaqoob, is the second-in-command for TTP’s Khwaja Ajmer Nagri chapter.
The police are on the look-out for Yaqoob who reportedly went into hiding a few months ago and left his son in charge. After receiving a tip-off, the police managed to arrest Asmatullah while he was on his way to collect extortion from a mobile phone shop. He is the fifth TTP member to have been arrested recently.
The police have registered an FIR No. 533/12 under sections 4/5 explosive act and 13-D against the accused.

Yes! I came to the city but got caught. I stay in the mountains & get traced by drones. Still in the city I can spread anti-drone stories, watch TV, go online, eat restaurant foods, have nice friends, collect bhatta while managing "business" & it's "routes".
You tell me: What a Taliban should do in this modern world, where should we go? Everybody is minding their business but not ours!
