KARACHI:
Mohammad Akram and Amir batted brilliantly to help Pakistani blind cricket team record a convincing eight-wicket triumph against their Indian counterparts in the Blind Cricket T20 Championship in Bangalore on Friday.

Batting first, India had put on board a huge total of 250-1 in 20 overs. However, Pakistan achieved the target in 19 overs losing only two of their wickets. Mohammad Akram top scored for Pakistan with 92 runs while Amir scored 90 runs.

This was Pakistan's fourth consecutive win in the tournament.

At least 43 prospective players were imparted training for the series at the annual training camp in Abbottabad in July.
