@Nadeem Ahmed: why India would attack both either pakistan or balochistan,India is more intrested on entire J&K since it is India's property and an integral part of India and if any mischievous activities is done vis-a-vis J&K then India will react and as far as balochistan is concerned don't bring India as we are not iinvolved and as you said "Balochistan will always be a part of Pakistan" then except pakistan no other country agrees with your statement like it or not.The way violence is increasing in balochistan then sooner or later civil war will break out ultimately leading to independent balochistan.Bouncing on me will not help since it is believed by all except pakistanis.
In the US the states are soverign too, but to a limit, the Federal Govt overseas many important aspects including defense, highways, etc.
How is Balochistan to survive without Federal help, can they even defend themselves against India or someone?
Wake up you Baloch nationalists, stop this nonsense. Be Pakistani first, then Baloch. If you dont like it, you can leave Pakistan, go to Afghanistan or India or somewhere.
Balochistan will always be a part of Pakistan.
Are we going to witness another East Pakistan/ Bangladesh? Hopefully not.
The statement of the minister appears to be in reaction to strictures passed by the Supreme Court to the effect, that the provincial government has lost constitution right to govern. The Supreme Court, appears to have transgressed its constitutional limits. The provincial government can be removed if a vote of no confidence has been passed in accordance with the procedure contained in Article 136 of the constitution. The president, if he is satisfied that due to internal disturbances or otherwise that situation in the Province has become beyond the control of the provincial government and a resolution in this behalf has been passed by the Assembly, he can take emergency measures under Article 232. In case, the President acts on his own, the Proclamation of emergency shall be placed before both Houses of the Parliament. There is no constitutional role of the Supreme Court in this regard. The Provincial Government is not answerable or subservient to the Supreme Court. The problems, the Country is facing, is out come of unconstitutional military takeovers, unluckily, the Supreme Court, knowing it to contrary to the Constitution, had always provided voluntary support to all the Military dictators.
