Higher education: SALU announces admissions schedule

December 31 deadline for submitting forms.

KHAIRPUR: The Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU) announced on Monday that it will accept admissions forms for BS, BPA and BCom (four-year programmes), and MA, MPA, MCom (two-year programmes) till December 10. Students intending to apply to the university’s two-year Master’s programme at the Institute of Gender Studies, or those wishing to complete a one-year postgraduate diploma in computer skills, can submit their admission forms till December 31. SALU’s director of admissions, Mehdi Shah, added that admissions are being offered in morning, as well as, evening programmes. Prospective students can obtain the forms from designated branches of Habib bank after paying Rs1,000. The university also announced on Monday that it had rescheduled its BEd and MEd exams from from December 4 to December 13.
