New travel schedule: Zardari to tour 5 countries in two weeks

The last stop will be Turkey, where he will participate in a conference.

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari will be visiting five countries, including Iran and Turkey, in the next two weeks. The president discussed his upcoming visits with the prime minister on Saturday.  From December 3 to December 5, the president will visit South Korea. Immediately after this visit, he will visit Iran on December 7. Both sides are expecting major development regarding the Iran-Pakistan pipeline, for which Tehran has already offered to facilitate Islamabad’s financing of the project. On December 8, the president is expected in UK and France, will meet the French president on December 9. The last stop will be Turkey, where he will participate in the second trilateral conference between heads states of Turkey, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

He is a busy man. Mushraff used to to make trip like these.History is repeating itself. I wish him best of luck.
