Candidates For 12 Ucs: PTI’s files nomination papers

Party leaders claim it has more than 7,000 workers in Shabqadar and over 47,000 workers in Charsadda district.

SHABQADAR:


The Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf in Shabqadar has selected 12 union councils to nominate candidates for cabinets on the basis of consensus, said PTI leader Mian Shahid during a press conference on Saturday.


Other PTI district leaders, Malik Anwar Taj, Advocate Irshad and Arif Ahmadzai were also present. They claimed that the party has more than 7,000 workers in Shabqadar and over 47,000 workers in Charsadda district.

The nomination papers for the candidates in 12 UCs were filed in accordance with the party’s policy and were selected through consultation, Anwar Taj said. “The election will bridge intra-party differences and the process will be completed within a month,” he added.
