Admission procedure: UAF to arrange GRE test on Dec 16

UAF will organise the GRE test in 16 disciplines as these subjects are not offered by NTS.

FAISALABAD: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad will organise the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test in 16 disciplines as these subjects are not offered by the national testing service (NTS). UAF Public Relations and Publication Department head  Dr Jalal Arif said the subjects in which the test would be offered were agri entomology, agri engineering, food technology, horticulture, agronomy, biotechnology, soil science, plant pathology, crop physiology, poultry science, theriogenology, pharmacology, parasitology, physiology, livestock management and animal nutrition. Candidates interested in sitting the test must submit a bank draft or bank receipt of Rs1200 with National Bank of Pakistan or Habib Bank Limited university branches in favour of UAF treasurer by December 5. The test will be held on December 16 (Monday) at 10am in the lecture rooms of the Faculty of Agriculture. The candidates should carry their original identity cards.
