Teachers to elect new members into office

Sindh University’s Teachers’ Association’s (SUTA) current body is ready to call it a day as its tenure has expired.


The university’s teachers will cast votes on Thursday and elect a new president, vice president, general secretary, treasurer, joint secretary and 14 members of the executive council for a term of one year. The association has been protesting against violence on campus for several months.
