Bank Of Punjab Scam: Chief justice adjourns hearing till Dec 3

LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial on Monday adjourned till December 3 the hearing of a petition filed by former Bank of Punjab president Hamesh Khan involved in a Rs9 billion loan scam. Bandial directed Khan’s counsel to come up with more arguments and documentary evidence to establish the allegations of biasness against the judge of an accountability court (AC).
