Harassment: SHO directed not to disturb woman

Petitioner says on November 24 the police raided her house and harassed her.

LAHORE: Additional District and Sessions Judge Tariq Mehmood Zargham on Monday directed the Factory Area SHO not to harass a petitioner on her petition that her father and brother in connivance with the police were forcing her to divorce her husband. Petitioner Fiaz Mai said she married Allah Rakha on November 23 against the wishes of her father and brother. She said her father and brother were greedy and forcing her to marry another man belonging to a well-off family. She said she was happy with her husband. She said that on November 24, the police raided her house and harassed her.
